A 25% (Non refundable) deposit is required
with your booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior
to departure.
A security deposit of £150.00
must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will
be refunded once the key has been returned and the property
has been cleaned and found to be without damage
Air Conditioning/Heating if required
is charged extra at £7.00 per day for 4 x units

(3 in the Bedrooms and 1 in the Living Area) ie £49.00
