Villa Arcadia is just a 10 minute stroll from the centre of the lovely traditional hillside village of Tala, which has several Tavernas and grocers shops all with a 'local feel'. Tala is a prestigious residential area which has the great benefit of cooler, less humid air during the hot summer months. Due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline around Paphos and Coral Bay.

A 15 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history, here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife. Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. From Tala you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines. For those interested in Golf then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole Golf Course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive
